Thousands of peaceful demonstrators celebrate the eve of May Day in Berlin

Some 2,800 demonstrators took to the streets of Berlin on Tuesday night (April 30), celebrating the eve of May Day with a peaceful march which in previous years had turned into a rioting warm-up for the following night.
