Zenit KAZAN vs Trefl Gdansk FULL MATCH | 2019 #CLVolleyM QFA

With Zenit Kazan as the winners of the Champions League since the 2013/2014 season, a 5th win in a row seemed inevitable, even with the swap of Earvin Ngapeth and Wilfredo Leon. Their opponents in the quarter-finals, Trefl Gdansk, were not even a playoff team in the Plusliga. Despite these lopsided odds, Gdansk played Kazan tough on their home turf, going 5 sets. And while many assumed a walkover in the next match in Saint Petersburg Kazan, Polish opposite Maciej Muzaj couldn't be stopped. Gdansk even had chances to send Kazan home completely in the 4th set. This whole match was tense, with Zenit Kazan on the brink of their dynasty ending but managing to hang on.
