How to break Tainted Judas with ONE item (Binding of Isaac Repentance)

The reason this breaks the run is because tainted Judas cannot have any regular hearts. Converter will try to give me regular hearts but instead will just refund the black heart. But it also causes the black heart breaking effect to give infinite mass room damage.
