North Korea accused tourist Otto Warmbier of trying to steal a propaganda poster from a restricted area of his hotel. He was sentenced to 15 years of hard labour and vanished into North Korea’s notorious prison system. Since the death of their son Otto, Fred and Cindy Warmbier have been on their own mission to tighten the screws on North Korea and the regime’s enablers abroad.
