Nowadays women's existence is not only a supporter behind the field or organization
anymore but woman nowadays are more creative and also could influences society. But society still considers women is lacking the ability to lead by themself. This is different for a man, a society has great expectations if the leader is Men because they are seen to be more powerful and stronger. However, if we look into history many women brought changes with new ideas successfully bring a great impact to people's lives like R.A Kartini. Why women have the real impact to change society because women are full of curiosity and empathy, this is the reason why women are more likely to solve the problems that occur in society. Arimbi N. Yogasara is a gender activist that graduated Bachelor of Communication Public Relations Division Representative from University of Queensland and her Master’s Degree from Columbia University majoring in Negotiations and Conflict Resolution. Arimbi Yogasara is currently the Regional Leader of Girl Up. Girl Up Indonesia is an initiative under the United Nations Foundations focusing on gender equality.
