Simon Marks has news for the Trump conspiracy theorists

Simon Marks is back on air talking to James O'Brien about the shooting that occurred at the White House Correspondents' Dinner over the weekend, where Donald Trump, JD Vance, and many other members of the US government were in attendance.

The gunman, Cole Thomas Allen, had booked a room at the Hilton in Washington months in advance of the event, which enabled him to bypass some of the security on the door of the hotel.

However, he was tackled before reaching the ballroom where the dinner was taking place, although Trump, Vance, Kash Patel, Pete Hegseth, and others were escorted out by special forces agents as a precautionary measure.

Speaking to CBS's 60 Minutes, President Trump lambasted both interviewer Norah O'Donnell and Cole Allen as she read him lines from the shooter's manifesto, which accused POTUS of having links to notorious paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, among other things.
