How to make Liberian Rice Bread

Double recipe:
2 boxes cream of rice
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon nutmeg
12 ripe banana
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups of milk
4 eggs
4 teaspoon ginger
1 1/3 cup vegetable oil
*Bake on 350F for 45 minutes
