What we do not realize is what the buy guys are planning. For example, Warren Buffett one of the most successful investors alive is planning to bankrupt the middle class along with many other private equity companies.

This upcoming market crash will bankrupt the middle class. I believe the middle class will be gone. My definition of the middle class is owning a single family three bedroom two bath house, go to red lobster once a week, go on a vacation once a year and can save a little bit each week to establish some sort of nest egg for retirement. Now Blackstone, black rock, homes for rent America, and others are stepping in and buying homes by the tens of thousands and by the end of this upcoming collapse we will see renternation.

Let's take a look around at how the world works now, everyone is afraid to do business with one another face to face. When we go outside we are forced to cover our faces, this puts fear in the eyes of customers and business owners.

Business owners are forced to have less people in their stores but their expenses are the same, this is an issue (actually more because they now need someone at the door to check people in and out and keep capacity at a minimum). The experience is terrible. Now people are choosing to make their decisions online and buying online.

This will bankrupt the middle class and now the real wealth will be multiplied in the hands of the billionaires when everything soon comes on sale. We will see a wave of foreclosures like never before and when that happens, these guys will show up to auctions with duffel bags full of cashiers checks.

When they buy a house and you rent it from them, when you receive a raise or do slightly better, they will increase rents. Just to be sure that you stay quiet in your apartment / house.

That being said, now is the time to learn about real estate, now is the time to prepare for whats to come.. It will not be pretty, that I promise you.

Unemployment benefits start running out this week; here we go...
