The Azure Gulf Project!

Welcome to Episode 1 of The Azure Gulf Project!

In this new Cities: Skylines II series, we're building a realistic coastal metropolis inspired by the Tampa Bay and Clearwater region of Florida. Starting with an empty map, we'll create a thriving city connected by highways, bridges, waterfront districts, tourism hubs, industry, public transportation, and a growing downtown skyline.

This series is built on the incredible Azure Gulf map created by LilByrd and uses a custom playset that will be linked below for anyone who wants to follow along.

Today's goal is simple: establish the first roads, create our starter neighborhoods, and lay the foundation for what will eventually become a major Gulf Coast city.
