Welcome to the Thank Bod Challenge! Today is day 1 and we're doing a full body workout. From our head to our toes we’re gonna sweat! Remember we are all supermodels ❤️ Don’t forget to practice gratitude and subscribe to my channel so we can work out together all week.

Full Body workout overview:
Circuit 1
Work out #1 Bodyweight squats
-pulse in squat for
10 full reps
Work out # 2Squat/Walk-out/Plank tap/Walk back
- hit a full squat, hinge forward to walk out
-plank position, tap each shoulder twice
-walk back to drop into squat and stand up
5 reps
Work out #3 Modified Jacks/High Knee March
- two modified jacks (tap out alternating two each leg)
- arms overhead, draw elbows down as you draw knee to chest
45 seconds
Circuit 2
Work out #1 Reverse lunges - alternating,
45 seconds
Work out #2 Marching bridges
45 seconds
Work out #3 Basic push-ups (modified)
10 reps
Equipment:
