Subsistence is a sandbox, firstperson , openworld survival game (singleplayer or cooperative multiplayer). Struggle to build a base and gear-up in the hostile environment. Defend yourself from wildlife and AI hunters (who also build bases in the world). Playing on Alpha 64 experimental with hunters on, currently set with no attacks, 200 days per year. This playthrough is on a solo player world which allows for Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie to spawn in.
