Olson: "This is worse than 2008"

Cedar Rapids City Council Member Tyler Olson says there are 1500-1600 living units in that city completely destroyed or damaged severely enough to be unsafe to occupy. H says the devastating flood of 2008 impacted about 10 square miles of Cedar Rapids, while this derecho affected almost all 75 square miles of the city.
