I‘ve seen these done in just over 2 hours on other people‘s videos. Somehow, mine took 3.5 hours. And personally, I don’t think they live up to the hype. I just recently heard about these since I got my new pellet grill. I guess I prefer a more savory rib. These were a little too sweet. Although, I did like them better the next day. I guess sitting in the fridge toned down the sweetness a little? Anyway, it was a fun experience and one more cook under my belt on my pellet grill journey.
