Applus+ HEX Inspection Platform

The HEX system is an Applus+ designed sphere access solution. The system utilises the hexagonal shape to provide 100% access to all of the sphere's internal construction joints with a minimal footprint inside the vessel. The HEX System allows access for NDT inspection, maintenance repairs and visual inspections. The HEX Inspection Platform is ideally suited for the internal inspection of spherical tanks enabling the delivery of a wide variety of conventional and advanced NDT inspection techniques.
