FIX: Lexus/Toyota- No power in gas pedal/ accelerator. ETCS fuse.

Issue: after connecting battery jumper cables backwards, the fusible link fuse and ECTS fuse was fried. this video shows the symptoms of a bad ECTS fuse on a 2006 Lexus ES330.
