All-new Toyota Innova Zenix Officially Launched. RM165k for 2.0V & RM202k for HEV| YS Khong Driving

The long-awaited Toyota Innova Zenix is finally launched in Malaysia. Built on the TNGA platform, the InnovaZenix is a totally new vehicle, and is a monocoque chassis rather than the body-on-frame build of its predecessor, the Toyota Innova.
Two variants are available, the 2.0V which features Toyota’s Dynamic Force engine and the 2.0 HEV, which as the suffix suggests, is a hybrid vehicle. The 2.0 HEV gets a 2.0 liter Atkinson Cycle engine.
Power and torque for both variants is very similar: the 2.0V hs an output of 174 PS and 205Nm of torque, while the 2.0 HEV gets 186 PS of combined power and 188Nm of torque.
Drive is to the front wheels for both variants, and the 2.0V gets a 10-speed CVT while the 2.0HEV gets an E-CVT.
Slightly different seating arrangements are available for each variant – the 2.0V gets 8 seats while the 2.0HEV gets seven seats, with the second row sporting two seats only.
In terms of size, the Innova Zenix is a C/D segment Crossover, with an overall length of 4,760 mm, a width of 1,850mm, height of 1,795mm and a long wheelbase of 2,850mm
The Innova Zenix is also the first of Toyota’s models to feature Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, which includes the following:-

Pre Collision System (PCS) With Pedestrian detection, Emergency Steering Assist and Radar to scan road ahead
DRCC – with Road Sign Assist (RSA) to helps DRCC to reduce speed according to road signs
AHB / LTA /
AEB also responds at intersections to oncoming traffic
Blind spot Monitor
RCTA
PVM
