Cabinet approves Rs 8,800 cr funding for Skill India Programme to boost jobs: Ashwini Vaishnaw

The Union Cabinet on Friday approved a significant allocation of Rs 8,800 crore to further strengthen the Skill India Programme, announced Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw. The funding aims to enhance the country's skill development initiatives and create more opportunities for the youth to acquire industry-relevant skills.
