Latte Workflow on EC155/EC156B Delonghi Entry Level (Compact) Espresso Machine

My workflow for espresso brewing and milk steaming on Delonghi EC156B (or EC155):

1. Weigh
2. Grind
3. Warm up cup
4. Dry portafilter (PF)
5. Distribute
6. Tamp
7. Drain till green light goes out (around 7 secs)
8. Countdown 12 secs and insert PF at the same time
9. Brew (around 25 secs)
10. Steam the milk
11. Pour latte art
