New Revel build; VC, AO, CATuned, Owl, Baja, etc

As the preferred dealer/installer for Van Compass, Agile Offroad, CATuned Offroad, Owl Vans, and Terrawagen products in the Pacific NW, check out the upgrades Matrix Integrated’s Sprinter technicians recently completed on this brand new 2022 Winnebago Revel (Sprinter 2500 4WD).

Modifications include;
--Van Compass stg2.3 suspension kit (Falcon3.3 2.25" remote reservoir shocks which are 3way low speed compression adjustable F&R, and 2way SP2 rebound adjustable rear; Sumo Spring front bump stops), along with Agile Offroad 5400lb full leaf springs = VC/AO stg4.3++. This client is having us add a larger (S&B 40gal) fuel tank, more gear, towing a heavier boat.
--CATunedOffroad Hammerhead front bumper, MadMax shackle d-ring pair in gray, Warn VREVO 12S winch, BajaDesigns LP9 Pro in amber/driving combo with custom Agile/Baja harness (we later added Baja’s SquadronPro-R’s in white/driving combo on Van Compass Hoodline brackets) with factory Mercedes switch.
--Agile Offroad upgraded horn set.
--Terrawagen Mondo Mudguards, to allow 275/70/17 General Grabber A/TX on 17x8” BlackRhino Arsenal wheels.
--Owl Vans stainless exhaust upgrade.
--DTE(Germany) analog Pedalbox throttle enhancer.
--Agile Offroad OBA (onboard air) kit using ARB/Australia twin tankless compressor with front and rear air chucks/ports.
--Van Compass engine, transmission/transfer case, rear diff skid plates.
--Agile Offroad Loveland gear tray and Maxtrax mounts.
--Owl Expedition Tire Carrier on driver side, with full-sized spare.
--Owl B2 carrier and Large Expedition cargo box on passenger side, with 2 1Up bike trays and pin locks.
--Aluminess side ladder, surf pole, surf hooks, Kanulocks.
--Backwoods Adventure Mods Nomad aluminum rear bumper, with Rigid D-Series Pro flush-mounted in white/flood and factory Mercedes switch.

With the CATunedOffroad front bumper and its bull bar, get animal strike protection as well as a rigid mount for very bright nighttime lighting! Warn VR EVO 12S and MadMax d-rings will aid in any vehicle recovery efforts, and/or moving downed trees off the trail and out of your way. Crawl over terrain more easily with the 32.2” tires, and modulate the throttle easily via the DTE Pedalbox. The Van Compass trio of skid plates help protect the underside of the van. Store loads of gear in and on the Agile Offroad Loveland gear tray, as well as the Owl Expedition cargo box, and bikes on the 1Up trays. Easy access to your full sized spare tire thanks to the Owl Expedition Tire Carrier (which alternatively could hold another Owl cargo box instead). Using the Agile OBA setup, you can fill up your van tires after airing down on the trail, as well as top off your MTB tires, fill up your SUP’s (which are stored on the Aluminess surf pole/hooks, carefully blow the water off your dog or kids after an exterior shower. The Backwoods rear bumper finishes off the look of the rear end, and the Rigid lights actually allow you to see at night when reversing.

Many Revel and STO owners are asking for further details on this "hybrid" suspension, or what we're calling a VC/AO stg4.3+ kit. We upgrade to Agile’s full leaf springs in the rear based on the heavier rear axle weight (weight of the rear half of van) of the Revel (or STO), and especially for clients that want to add more gear, or S&B 40gal(47gal) or Agile 28gal aux fuel tank, or haul a moto or tow a trailer. For clients that want to do all of this and more, stg4.3++ like we’ve done here, is a further increase in leaf spring rate for the same price.
Night/day improvement on or offroad; van no longer feels top heavy, heavily reduced sway and wallow and over bumps and rough terrain, more much stability in corners and big winds (especially when the shocks are adjusted to setting3 compression), smoother ride on washboards. A suspension upgrade which the Revel's and STO's should have come equipped with from factory. Transformational is the word our Sprinter owners are using. Now you can drive your van with restored confidence, whether it be on-road or off-road!
