By banning social media, teenagers may miss out on its benefits; therefore, this speaker wanted to explore the positive impacts of social media in his speech, as well as other potential solutions to the issue. Raye FengXu is a Grade 12 student with a strong interest in how technology shapes society. Raye chose to speak about the social media ban in Australia because he recognises both the positive and negative effects of social media.
