My ongoing "Roast Beef in a Billy Pot" quest for perfection made some progress on this trip. Next time I'll try searing the roast by placing it in intense heat for a short duration prior to the slow cooking phase. Once I get the process perfected I'll try a Prime Rib for my Moto-Camping buddies.
