This is how I go thrifting, and some tips and tricks for finding materials! When it comes to historical sewing especially, finding the right materials can be very difficult and expensive, but there's a few ways you can get lace, cotton, and even silk for cheap at the thrift store! This video doesn't go very much into getting clothing at the thrift store, cause that's kind of it's own topic.
