How to Trim Flying Geese

This quick and easy video tutorial demonstrates how to use a traditional square quilting ruler to trim flying geese. These flying geese are made slightly oversized, then trimmed down to the desired measurement. You'll need a square ruler with a 45 degree line, a rotary cutter, a cutting mat and your oversized flying geese unit.

These flying geese are used to create my Nightingale quilt pattern, which can be found in my shop after November 18th, 2020.
