Iceco VL45 Consistently Runs 10ºF Too Hot - How to fix?

This video is for Iceco technicians to troubleshoot and tell me how to fix it. When I learn how, I will post another video. It's also for public education.

This video shows two days of taking 4 different temperatures. All 4 times shows that the unit displays 10 degrees too low, or that the inside runs 10 degrees too hot compared to the display.

This unit was purchased brand new during a recent Amazon sale. Factory settings for the temperature offsets were F1= -6, F2= -6, F3= -6

I need to know how to adjust the temperature offset to correct 10 degrees. The offset settings were removed from the manual for the VL45 despite them being in older manuals for other models.
