Conditioning Session:

4 x 20m sprint

10 broad jumps

20 high knees

20 mountain climbers

Rest 60 seconds

Repeat for 4 rounds

Conditioning can be trained effectively without equipment.
Sprints, jumps, and bodyweight work develop speed, endurance, and recovery — all essential for combat sports.
