Toilet Issue - Mold Here Too

Toilet Issue - Video Recorded Sept 2016. Began Months Before The Video And I Reported To Mngmt Twice Before Recording This. Not A Single Thing Has Been Done To Help or Fix This Mold Issue. Plus There's Mold Coming Thru The Wall Now Too. These apartments are OLD but not cheap for our area. Things work perfectly when the care and attention is shown. Someone commented an implication that I'm a low life because I use generic mouthwash...lol. Only a low life would judge based on mouthwash. I have really sensitive taste buds...I've tried many brands and that one is the best I've found so far. And it's cheap...win win! Millionaires penny pinch...that person obviously isn't successful or aware of financial responsibility much less common courtesy. They have been on YouTube since 2009...didn't even have 50 Subs and bragged about hating everyone...perfect candidate to judge right? Lol...nope...but good for a laugh...thank you! I fixed the toilet issue myself a while ago...but there's still mold coming thru the wall and serious issues with the tub area. Moving in the next 2 - 10 months depending on college schedule :)
