In 2020, just two years ago, the average price of an American home was about 375,000. Today? $500,000. And with rates rising, affordability is becoming a real issue. So here's the question: Do we buy now before prices go even higher? Or do we wait and see if prices and mortgage rates drop? Today, we're going to try to answer that question.
