Join me as we take a garden walkabout of my New England / Northeast / New Hampshire zone 5b garden during the beginning of May. The Spring flowers are absolutely in their glory! I'll show you many plants (along with their plant names) that are blooming right now (or will be blooming soon), including Leopard's Bane, bloodroot, creeping phlox, pansies, lilacs, Syringa meyeri, rhododendrons, hosta, bloody cranesbill geranium, perennial and native bigroot geranium, fringed bleeding heart, old fashioned bleeding heart, ajuga, candytuft, peonies, mountain bluet / centaurea, roses, yarrow, geum, european wild ginger / asarum europeum, bridal wreath spirea, iris, columbine, English lawn daisy, candytuft / iberis sempervirens, azalea, and more! My yard has both full sun as well as shade and woodland garden areas.
