How to create an Overview Report and Publish a Collection in GA4

After you have created your collection, it’s time to create overview reports, and then we can add them to the collection

1. Click on “Create new Report” in the library
2. Click on “Create Overview Report.”
3. Click on “Add cards”
4. Find the collection you made, and select the cards that you want to appear in the Overview Report
5. After adding the cards, click on “Add Cards” in the top right
6. Save the report by adding a name and a description (optional)

After creating the overview report, we have to add the overview report to the collection.

1. Find your collection in the Collections Tab in the Library
2. Click on three dots and click “Edit”
3. Add your overview reports to different folders by searching in the “overview reports” tab.
4. Click on save and “save changes to the current collection”

We have successfully added all our reports and overview reports to our collection. Now it’s time to publish the report so that we can see it in the sidebar.

1. Search your collection in the Library, and click the three dots on the top right
2. Click on Publish
3. Now you should see your reports in the sidebar
