SKIDZ TV Commercial with UP AGAINST THE WALL stores

When SKIDZ launched in 1987, Up Against The Wall was the first retailer to sell SKIDZ in America. They carried the entire collection - pants, shorts, overalls, t-shirts and denim. The huge success of SKIDZ was the driving force behind this commercial. This commercial was filmed circa 1989.

Founded in 1969, Up Against The Wall was the hip retailer catering to the counterculture. Based in Georgetown, Washington D.C., by 2006, there were over 20 locations in California, Maryland and Virginia.
