Real or Fake? TAG Heuer Aquaracer 300M WAY201A

Tag Aquaracer 300M WAY201A, 43mm diameter bought my friend on ebay last year, seller said watch is authentic, however the watch seems suspect.
Dial is not square to the case, not lining up at 12 o'clock, tried to fix it however it seems the crown tube is not square/perpendicular to the case hence cause the dial to be off-line.

So not sure if this is real or a replica, what do you guys think?
