🏃‍♂️ Foot and ankle pain can stop us from doing what we love. Did you know 77% of Americans experience foot pain but only 1 in 3 see a podiatrist? Ignoring these issues can hurt your game and daily life.

👣 Take plantar fasciitis for example — it's inflammation from stress on the plantar fascia that causes heel pain, common in runners and athletes. Causes include overuse, pressure, and foot structure. Treatments range from rest and ice to custom orthotics.

🦶 Ankle sprains vary by severity. Grade I is stretching with small tears, Grade II a larger partial tear, and Grade III a complete tear. Knowing your sprain grade helps plan the right recovery.

💡 Prevention is key: proper footwear, strength and flexibility exercises, and listening to your body. If injured, follow a sport-specific return-to-play milestone. For soccer players: jog 1 mile pain-free before light training.
