ਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੈਲਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਆਮਦ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। 31 ਮਈ ਤੋਂ 6 ਜੂਨ ਤੱਕ 3 ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸੈਲਾਨੀ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਿਮਲਾ, ਮਨਾਲੀ, ਕੁਫ਼ਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਵਰਗੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਟੂਰਿਸਟ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਭੀੜ ਬਣ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਅਟਲ ਟਨਲ ਨੇੜੇ ਲੰਬੇ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਜਾਮ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵੀ ਬਣੀ ਰਹੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਫੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ। ਹੋਟਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ 80 ਤੋਂ 90 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਾਧੂ ਜਵਾਨ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਸੈਲਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਭਾਰੀ ਆਮਦ ਨਾਲ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡਾ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਵੀ ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
