CINNAMON PULL APART LOAF
Filling:
½ cup softened butter
¾ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon

5 cups Joy of Baking complete breadmix, sifted (extra 1/2 cup for kneading)
1 packet (11g) free instant dry yeast
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp salt

½ cup lukewarm milk
½ cup lukewarm water
¼ cup melted butter, cooled
1 large egg, slightly beaten
