Inspections reveal Camp Small problems before fire
Baltimore City officials are working to get Camp Small into compliance after state inspection reports show years of problems that weren't fully addressed, 11 News Investigates has learned. The most recent inspection report obtained by 11 News Investigates still lists Camp Small's condition as in "noncompliance" amid persistent problems and potential fire hazards for more than two years.
