Injuries are part and parcel of being a footballer. After pushing your body day in day out to improve all areas of your game, from time to time you may pick up injuries. They can be small injuries, or significant ones, but all need to be rehabbed to promote a healthy full recovery so you can get back on the pitch and back to your best. Today I share some advice that I've learned through my career when it comes to injuries, as well as share my own rehab routine for a small hamstring strain I picked up.
