Canterbury VS Tollgate: Thompson's Station(2020)

Canterbury and Tollgate are two of the more popular neighborhoods in Thompson's Station, TN. Located just minutes south of franklin Thompsons Station is a very desireable place to live.

Canterbury is located about 1.8 miles south of Tollgate Village right off of Critz Lane. Tollgate is right off of 31 near highway 840. Although both neighborhoods are so close there are some pretty big differences between the two.

In this video I break down the differences between home prices, home sizes, Neighborhood ammenities, HOA fee's, and schools. If you are thinking about moving to one of these this video should help give you a better understanding of what each has to offer.
