These troubleshootings steps will work on all Original line Nespresso machines Citiz, Le'cube, Essenza, Inissia, Pixie, Lattissima. All of the machine range use similar internal and external parts. I forgot to mention, please ensure to wipe and rinse out the drip tray, capsule container and any removable parts at the end of each day, this will minimise any risk of infestation.
