This Low Profile Van Floor is Lightweight, Durable, and Goooood Lookin!

Step by step video of making & installing the floor in my sprinter van conversion. We used baltic birch subfloor boards, loose-laid lonseal sheet vinyl flooring, 3m thinsulate insulation, and silicone caulk around the outside. We retained all of the factory bolt hole locations so that we have super strong mounting points for cabinetry.
