AHC is about a 1 in a million condition.The song describes his feelings about her, the rollercoaster they go through every day and his fear of losing her. This is his ode to Indy and a call for help.

Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood (AHC) is a rare neurological disorder in which children regularly have temporary paralysis attacks of one or both sides of the body and can last from a few minutes to several days. An attack is often accompanied by loss of speech, reduced consciousness, muscle cramps, inability to eat and drink, breathing disorders and a lot of pain. In addition, children with AHC develop more slowly than in peers without AHC. Many children with AHC also have epilepsy.
