7mm hoops can be tricky to put in. Here’s how you put in your hoop—for the first time. Parts that might be more difficult at first, and how to open and close the hoop without damaging it/bending it out of shape.
We recommend that 6mm hoops be worn in small cartilage piercings, 7mm hoops (as shown) in cartilage as well as upper lobe piercings, and 8mm hoops for lower lobe, for a tight fit.
