How to make Pistachio Panna Cotta (without buying expensive pistachio paste)

Light and smooth with the iconic wobble, this Panna Cotta is creamy and completely dissolves in your mouth.
Unlike other barely-there pistachio flavored desserts, this one is generously full of pistachio richness and comes with a semi-sweet praline to accompany it.

You only need 5 ingredients to make this plated dessert, which can be made ahead for your dinner guests (or just for yourself!)

5 ingredient Pistachio Panna Cotta Recipe

Ingredients:
(serves 4-5)

Panna Cotta

• 540g Pistachio milk (or plant milk) // 2 ¼ cup
• 80g Sugar // ⅓ cup (less if the milk is sweetened)
• 70g Pistachio, deshelled // ½ cup
• 60g Light veg oil // ¼ cup
• 1g // Agar ½ tsp
• Coloring (optional)

Pistachio Praline

• Sugar
• Pistachios, roasted

Essential equipment:

• Pot and Spatula
• Fine mesh strainer
• Tea cups (or small bowls)
• Silicon mat (or non-stick baking paper)

Notes

• All components can be made days in advance, just remember to keep the praline in a sealed container as it can draw moisture from the air
• If the praline clumps to itself, use the end of a wooden spoon to crush and separate it again
