Creating Custom Vector Grunge - In Photoshop?!?!

This is a technique I've been using for years to extract grunge textures and elements from photographs and scans. In this tutorial I'll show you how to create and export the vector data from Photoshop for use in Illustrator. I personally prefer this method to using the live trace feature in Illustrator as I have far more control over the selection tools in Photoshop.
