House is on Fire - Stuck Zone Valve Keeping the Boiler on 24/7 - How to Replace Honeywell Zone Valve

Emergency Service Call received on Sunday afternoon with the caller saying the "furnace is blasting, thermostat reading 85 and all the windows are open"
