My Personal Efficiency

Are you worried about the future? Panicking because of the uncertainty? Are you constantly having health issues? Are you worried about your job? Is there uncertainty with your business? Do you lack inner resource, feeling apathetic and procrastinating? Stuck on little things? Have you realized that you lost the ability to relax? Has your life become a race? You do not understand which decision is yours and which is not? Do you panic when making a decision? Are you living constantly feeling the pressure of guilt? Are you wishing you could be attractive for the men and women around you?

And for us to relax and recharge we have to go far, ideally to the seaside to avoid feeling guilty for doing nothing. The weekend is not the time to relax after a hard work week but the time to run errands. Rest and recovery have been genetically programmed in us as taboo.

Passive rest is looked down on and followed by the accusations of laziness.

"Don’t just lie there! Go help your mother, grandma, your neighbor, your country!" – is what used to hear in our childhood and still hear it till this day.

A passive, couch potato rest is of utmost importance for our nervous system, it gives us natural recovery.

Ignoring the passive rest leads us straight to chronic stress.

Chronic stress – I don’t know who I am and what I want, what is mine and what is someone else’s in me. I cannot make a decision from within.

How often do you ask your friend or your mom to help you in simple situations like: "What should I respond to my husband?" And have you ever made impulse purchases like: "Went out to get groceries and then it’s a black out… and you came back with a pair of new boots and a purse"?

People in chronic stress are easy to manipulate – they are a good prey for the marketing specialists and scammers.

Aware people are impossible to manipulate!

Awareness is balance between our body and brain (feelings, emotions, logic and thoughts). In balance they bond and unite in one and we feel our wholeness. And from this wholeness we can manage our life and make the right decisions for ourselves.

Lack of awareness is like poor teamwork when each team member is focusing on themselves without giving a slightest thought of the outcome of the activity and mutual result. And trust me, there is no room for the right decisions in that team. And this analogy is talking about what is happening inside us.

"Taking the wrong decision that is not yours is fraught with permanent anxiety, stress, suffering, depression, mistakes and impulsive corrections of these mistakes."

Dopamine is a hormone of happiness, pleasure and joy. It suppresses inner pain, anxiety, body aches and stress.

When you have an inner agreement with yourself, then after taking your own decision you get a nice hit of dopamine. Dopamine also strengthens your immune system. Strong immune system gives resource and your efficiency grows.

Your decision = Your immune system = Your efficiency!

In the times of crisis, stress or panic, our body is servicing our fears with dopamine. And you start lacking it – these is where binge eating comes in as well as other disorders.
