Ghalib Salam | Set No Limits

Ghalib Salam came to Canada in 2005. Prior to that he was working in the field of banking and finance in Pakistan for almost ten years. He worked in one of the largest foreign banks in Pakistan. In Canada he started working at RBC as a project manager. In his early life, he was a national junior swimming champion in Pakistan and he had set many records. Later he completed his education, completed his MBA and moved to Canada. According to him, one does not lose his/her passion for sports. In Canada, he participated in sprint distance triathlons which allowed him to swim, ride a bike and to run. Over a period of time, he was then able to earn 'Ironman' finisher title. He further progressed raising the bar for mental and physical challenges through his engagement with extreme triathlons. He is a self trained athlete who looks after his own nitrition any training regimen. Up until now, he is the only person who has earned finisher titles of Ironman, Swissman and Norseman from the subcontinent. His message for everyone is continue to build on your credentials, become an influencer, boldly speak your mind, demonstrate your talent, remain committed to your goal, be focused, and most importantly, remain humble and then you will surely achieve your goals.
