Hey everyone. One of my interests happens to be consumer habits, and maybe you know, the fall of retail. Not that I'm so excited for malls to be dying, I'm just sort of fascinated. So one store that takes up most space in malls across America is forever 21, which recently filed for bankruptcy and closed shop in my city of Philadelphia. So today I thought I would explore everything that has gone wrong inside of forever 21's stores, and how I would approach their pitfalls as a consumer that would actually like to see forever 21 change and become a store that rises to the accusation of new consumer habits.
