Otter Versus Three Dogs

This video is a raw feed. Forgive the poor quality, as I was a bit involved emotionally and forgot about pointing the camera occasionally. I also was unable to get any closer, as I was on a bridge over the canal. Although the otter appeared to get away at the end of this video, the dogs eventually headed around the river bend after it. I'm crossing my fingers there was no repeat encounter...
