Fear is the biggest obstacle to action: Rob Daley at TEDxCMU

Robert Daley is the CEO of 4moms, a company he co-founded with Henry Thorne. 4moms makes high tech baby products which are sold in more than 30 countries. The Company employs 70 people at their headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. Capital partners include Bain Capital, Newell Rubbermaid, Blue Tree Allied Angels, Innovation Works and others. Previously Rob was a venture capitalist and investment banker. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
