How do i know if my shoes fit properly?

We have seen time and time again patients (and family members) who think they are in the correct fitting shoe! Sadly many people are wearing shoes that are too small, too big, too wide & too narrow!

Here is a really helpful video to help guide you in the right direction of how to fit yourself or a family member into a shoe! Remember if you can pull the insole out of the shoe and your foot doesn't sit nicely within it's outline, the shoe may not be right for you!

Another helpful hint, shop for shoes in the afternoon (not the morning) this way the foot will have swollen through out the day giving you a more accurate fit!
